基于多点接口网络控制的离心泵监控系统设计
Centrifuge Pump Monitoring System Based on Multiple Point Interface Network
【摘要】 为实现离心泵群状态监测和控制自动化,设计了以"传感器-可编程控制器-工控机"为硬件架构并基于多点接口网络控制的离心泵群监控系统,讨论了工控机与可编程控制器之间的通信技术及其实现。
【Abstract】 In order to realize condition monitoring and automatic control of centrifugal pump group,a monitoring system which make up of sensor,programmable logic controller(PLC) and industrial process computer(IPC) is designed in this paper.The monitoring system base on multiple point interface(MPI) network control model.Communication technology between(IPC) and S7-200 series PLC of the monitoring system is emphatically discussed.
