溶渣双利用保温容器中动态降温与控温的研究
Reserch on Dynamic Cooling and Temperature Control of Dual-use Slag in Insulation Container
【摘要】 高温熔渣蕴含大量的能量,但因为降温迅速给其双利用(余热、资源化利用)带来较大困难。针对传统渣包保温差的问题,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS,对熔渣在新型保温容器中的温度分布与热量传递进行了数值模拟分析。通过添加保温层、烘烤、表面补热等方式对在新型保温容器内的熔渣进行控温,得出合适的烘烤温度与表面补热量,克服渣面凝固结壳现象,使熔渣处于较高的温度便于其后继利用。
【Abstract】 Molten slag contains a lot of energy, but the rapid cooling caused great difficulty in its dual-use (waste heat, resource utilization). Due to the traditional slag ladle lack of insulation measures, The large-scale finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the dynamic temperature distribution and heat transfer in the new insulation container. The temperature of the slag in a new container can be controlled by adding some insulation layer, preheating the container, surface heating and so on. In order to find a suitable preheating temperature and the amount of surface heating, and to overcome the problem of slag surface solidified crust, the molten slag keeps a high temperature in the container for utilization.
