耦合方式对浪涌保护器组合波输出波形特性影响的研究
Influence of Coupling Mode on Output Characteristics of Combination Wave Generator of Surge Protective Device
【摘要】 笔者建立了压敏电阻的仿真模型以及组合波耦合网络的MATLAB仿真电路,研究了电容耦合和压敏电阻耦合方式对组合波短路电流波形参数的影响规律。耦合电容的加入使组合波短路电流的波前时间和半峰值时间减小,回路虚拟阻抗增加,且随着耦合网络的耦合电容容量的增加,短路电流波的波前时间和半峰值时间增加,虚拟阻抗减小;压敏电阻耦合对组合波短路电流的影响规律和电容耦合相同,对于同一规格压敏电阻,随着电容上充电电压的增加,短路电流波的波前时间和半峰值时间增加,虚拟阻抗减小。在电容上充电电压相同情况下,随着压敏电阻通过直流1 mA时的电压U1mA的增加短路电流波的波前时间和半峰值时间显著减小,而虚拟阻抗则显著增加。
【Abstract】 The simulation model of varistors and simulation circuit of CWG(combination wave generator) are set up for studying the influences of capacitor coupling and varistor coupling modes on short current waveform parameters of CWG,and the simulation results are achieved.The coupling capacitors make the front time and half peak time of short current wave decrease,and virtual impedance increases.With the coupling capacitance increasing,the front time and half peak time of short current wave increase,and virtual impedance decreases.The coupling varistors have the same influence law as the coupling capacitors.For the same kind of varistors,the front time and half peak time of short current wave decrease,and virtual impedance increases with the storage capacitor charge voltage.But at the same storage capacitor charge voltage,the front time and half peak time of short current wave decrease,and virtual impedance increases remarkably with the U1mA on varistor increasing.
