天然气汽车尾气治理用改性HZSM-5催化材料的制备
Preparation of modified HZSM-5 catalytic material for purification of exhaust gases from natural gas fueled vehicles
【摘要】 采用浸渍法和离子交换法,以三类阳离子对HZSM-5进行改性,考察了改性对其热及水热稳定性的影响,选出适合天然气汽车尾气治理HZSM-5改性催化材料,对改性后的HZSM-5材料进行Pd负载,考察了改性HZSM-5负载Pd后的甲烷催化氧化性能。结果表明,采用阳离子对HZSM-5进行改性,能提高其抗热及水热老化性能,在阳离子改性的样品中,以Ce3+浸渍法改性的样品I-Ce-HZSM负载Pd后的甲烷催化氧化活性最高。
【Abstract】 Three kinds of ions were used to modify HZSM-5 via impregnation and ion exchange method. Effects of the modification on thermal and hydrothermal stability of HZSM-5 were studied.Pd was loaded on the modified HZSM-5 for purification of exhaust gas from natural gas fueled vehicles.Activity of the Pd/HZSM-5 material for catalytic methane oxidation was investigated.The results showed that thermal and hydrothermal stability of HZSM-5 was improved by modification with cations,with the I-Ce-HZSM sample modified by Ce3+ via impregnation method and loaded with Pd exhibiting the optimum thermal and hydrothermal stable and highest activity for catalytic methane oxidation.
