离子交换树脂法纳米CdS的制备及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】 以Cd(NO3)2·6H2O和Na2S为原料,采用强碱性阴离子交换树脂沉淀法制备了CdS纳米粒子,XRD和TEM对样品表征结果表明,CdS纳米粒子平均粒径为6.88nm,颗粒大小较均匀,形貌为表面粗糙的球体。以CdS为催化剂,在太阳光下降解亚甲基蓝溶液2.5 h,降解率可达99.0%。重复使用催化剂5次,降解率仍可达98.1%,表明该催化剂具有较好的稳定性。

【Abstract】 CdS nanoparticles were prepared by ion exchange method from Cd(NO32· 6H2O and Na2S.The particles were characterized by XRD and TEM,which showed that the particles were spheres with average diameter of 6.88 nm,mean particle size and coarse surface.Methylene blue degradation rate of 99.0% was obtained over the CdS nanoparticles under solar irradiation for 2.5 h.The catalyst could be repeatedly used for five times with degradation rate of over 98.1% ,which indicated that the catalyst had good stability.
