固定化活性污泥处理皂素废水的试验研究
Study on the Treatment for Saponin Wastewater by Immobilized Activated Sludge
【摘要】 采用固定化微生物技术处理高盐高浓度有机废水(皂素废水),考察不同环境因素条件对固定化颗粒处理该废水的影响,为该技术实用化提供依据。试验结果表明,固定化组具有较高的耐盐和耐有机物浓度的能力,对pH和温度的适应范围宽于非固定化微生物。固定化组的适宜pH范围为5.0-9.0,适宜温度范围为20-35℃,而未固定化组最适宜pH为7.0,最适宜温度为35℃。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the microorganism immobilization process is applied to treat the saline organic wastewater(saponin wastewater) which is characterized with high salinity and organic concentration and the influence of the different environmental conditions on the treatment of saponin wastewater with immobilized micro cells is examined,which provides evidence for its practical utilization. The result shows that the immobilized microorganisms have the higher ability to resist the shock of salinity and organic load.For the mobilized ones,its adaptive ranges of pH and temperature are broader than that for the immobilized microorganisms.The optimal pH and temperature range of the immobilized microorganisms is 5.0-9.0 and 20-35 ℃ respectively,Whereas the optimal pH and temperature of the mobilized microorganisms is 7.0 and 35 ℃.
