人群聚集场所拥挤踩踏事故原因分析与对策
Analysis of the Cause and Countermeasures of Stampede Accident in Crowd-Gathered Place
【摘要】 2000-2007年人群聚集场所发生拥挤踩踏事故的数据统计分析表明,拥挤踩踏事故的发生频率和伤亡人数均呈现随机分布,根据这些事故数据总结出此类事故发生的一般性原因,并提出教育与管理相结合的事故预防对策。
【Abstract】 The analysis of stampede accident during 2000-2007 indicates the occurrence frequency and number of casualties present the random distribution.According to these statistics data,a general reason is summarized.Preventive measures that combine the education and the management are proposed.
