基于数字图像处理方法的印刷网点测量系统设计

【摘要】 为克服利用密度计测量印刷品网点面积的传统方法的不足之处,现设计了一个基于CMOS图像传感器和数字图像处理技术的网点测量系统。首先利用CMOS图像传感器采集印品的显微数字图像,然后利用专用USB芯片实现图像数据传输,最后通过上位机对网点的数字图像进行处理,计算出印品的网点相关参数。该系统可快速而准确地测量出印品的网点面积、加网线数和加网角度。论文给出了硬件电路、USB固件程序、驱动程序设计方法以及网点图像处理方法。

【Abstract】 There are some defects when measuring the dot area of presswork in a traditional way.To overcome this inadequacy,a new clot area measuring system is designed based on COMS imaging sensor and digital image processing.Digital images of presswork are acquired by a CMOS imaging sensor and transferred to PC by a specialized USB chip.Finally,the received images are processed in the PC,obtaining the dot parameters of presswork.The dot area,screen lines and angle can be calculated out rapidly and accurately in the system.The article shows the design of the hardware circuit,the USB firmware programs,and the drivers. In addition,it also introduces how to process the digital image.
