海洛因成瘾致大鼠脑损害的几种超微结构病理变化的鉴别

【摘要】 目的:探讨海洛因成瘾致大鼠脑损伤的几种超微结构病理变化的鉴别及其意义。方法:建立海洛因成瘾大鼠模型,取模型大鼠多个脑区作电镜观察。结果:模型大鼠脑组织神经元出现变性、凋亡、胀亡等超微结构病理变化。星形胶质细胞出现肥大增生和退变。其中神经元胀亡与凋亡,神经元变性与胀亡早期,凋亡神经元与肥大星形胶质细胞表现相像,容易造成误判,要凭相应特征方可作鉴别。结论:对上述几种超微结构病理变化的鉴别,有助于研究海洛因成瘾致脑损害的病理、病程、治疗及预后。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the identification of the ultrastructural changes of lesions which have been made in the brains of the heroin addicted rats.Methods:The rats were given of heroin and the addicted model was established.Some regions of model vatis brains were taken out and were observed under eletronic microscope.Results:Degeneration,apoptosis,oncosis were found in the heroin addicted rat brains.The hyperplasia and degeneration astrocytes were also found between the apoptosis and the oncosis of neuron, and between the degeneration and the primary oncosis of neuron.The apoptosis neuron and the hyperplasia astrocytes were more similar.This easily results in misdiagnosis.The identification between them can be made cleer by their repective characteristic.Conclusion:Making certain the identification of the above-mentioned ultrastructural pathology changes is contributive to study the pathology,course,therapy,prognosis of the damaged of the heroin addicted brains.
