固体氧化物燃料电池Sr2MgMoO6–δ阳极材料制备及电导性能
PREPARATION AND CONDUCTIVITY PROPERTIES OF Sr2MgMoO6-δ ANODE MATERIAL FOR THE SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELLS
【摘要】 通过溶胶–凝胶热分解法制备了Sr2MgMoO6–δ(SMMO)阳极粉体。对粉体的物相和微观组织进行分析,研究了SMMO的烧结活性及烧结后在不同气氛中的电导率。结果表明:1450℃烧结12h后,SMMO形成完整的双钙钛矿相;100MPa压力下的SMMO形成致密的陶瓷块体。能谱分析显示实验组分的摩尔比与理论值吻合。SMMO在空气气氛中的电导率较低,800℃的电导率为1.3×10–3S/cm,导电活化能为136.4kJ/mol;在H2气氛中的电导率大大增强,800?C的电导率为0.41S/cm,导电活化能降低到12kJ/mol,表现出很好的导电性。
【Abstract】 The Sr2MgMoO6-δ(SMMO) anode powders were synthesized by a novel solgel thermolysis method.The phase evolutions and microstructure were studied.The sintering activity and conductivities in different atmospheres were measured.It is found that well-crystallized double perovskite is obtained by calcination at 1 450 ℃ for 12 h.The pressed SMMO at 100 MPa forms a dense ceramic block.The energy dispersive spectroscopy results show that the atomic percentages are in good agreement with the theoretical values.The SMMO shows low conductivity in the air atmosphere.The conductivity is 1.3 × 10-3 S/cm,and the conducting activation energy is 136.4 kJ/mol at 800 ℃.However,the conductivity increases greatly in H2 atmosphere.The conductivity is 0.41 S/cm and the conducting activation energy decreases to 12 kJ /mol at 800 ℃ in H2 atmosphere,which shows good conductivity.
