Pb(Zr,Ti)O3/Terfenol-D叠层结构中的磁电共振特征及其磁电压分布

【摘要】 研究了Pb(Zr,Ti)O3/Terfenol-D(Tb1-xDyxFe2)合金叠层结构的磁电压特征。介电常数和磁导率随频率变化特征表明,复合样品的电-机械谐振和磁-机械谐振不在同一频率。电-机械谐振和磁-机械谐振均可以增强磁电耦合效果,电-机械谐振对磁电耦合的影响比磁-机械谐振的影响大得多。磁电压的相位差在电-机械谐振频率附近增加0.75π~π,在磁-机械谐振频率附近出现明显的突变。磁电压显示出中心线对称分布,样品的不同位置对磁电压输出的贡献不同。磁电压的不同分布是由于应变的分布方式和谐振模式造成的。

【Abstract】 The magnetoelectric characteristics in a simple Pb(Zr,Ti)O3/Terfenol-D(Tb1-xDyxFe2) laminate composite were investigated.The changes in the dielectric constant and magnetic permeability of the composite with varying frequency show that the composite possesses magnetomechanical and electromechanical resonances,whereas their resonance frequencies are different.Both types of resonance enhance the magnetoelectric coupling,but the electromechanical resonance plays a more important role.The phase shifts of magnetic-field-induced voltage have a significant increase of 0.75π-π around each electromechanical resonance frequency,and a clear phase bouncing around each magnetomechanical resonance frequency.The distributions of the magnetic field-induced voltage show mirror symmetry about the centerline.The different positions in the sample make different contributions to the magnetic field-induced voltage,which are mainly related to the resonance behaviors and the corresponding strain distributions.
