高校图书馆管理创新的思考
Reflections about Management Innovation of University Libraries
【摘要】 文章就现代技术发展对图书馆职能的要求进行了探讨。分析了高校图书馆目前的管理现状,提出了管理创新的思路。最后阐述了高校图书馆管理创新的成败因素。参考文献4。
【Abstract】 This article discusses the requirement of modern technology development on library function,analyzes the current situation of university library management and proposes the new ideas about how to innovate the management at university libraries. At last,it summarizes the factors of making success in management innovation. 4 refs.
