论公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的作用
On the Public Libraries’ Role in the Public Cultural Service System
【摘要】 文章从公共文化服务体系的基本内涵入手,分析了公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的重要性及应承担的社会职责,探讨了图书馆为完善公共文化服务应采取的措施。参考文献9。
【Abstract】 Starting with the basic connotation of the public cultural service system,this paper analyzes the importance of public libraries in the public cultural service system and the social responsibility and explores the measures to be taken for the public libraries to improve the public cultural services.9 refs.
