【Abstract】 In the high and secondary vocational or technical schools libraries of Hunan province there are universal problems such as weakness in printed books collection,imperfections in the construction of digital resources and so on.To solve these problems,the author carries on a positive discussion in the aspects of inter library cooperation,the focus of digital resources construction and fully displaying the function of Management Society for the High and Secondary Vocational or Technical Schools Libraries of Hunan Province and so on.更多还原
