复合催化剂催化重质松节油合成异长叶烯反应的研究

【摘要】 对复合催化剂催化重质松节油直接异构化合成异长叶烯的反应进行了研究,确定了较为理想的催化剂及相应的反应条件:复合催化剂为占重油质量3%H2SO4,加上占重油质量10%的y,异构化反应温度为60~70℃,反应时间为3.5h,异长叶烯产率达到83.9%.

【Abstract】 The synthetic reaction of isolongifolene isomerized directly from heavy turpentine oil was studied.The suitable compound catalyst was selected and the corresponding reacting conditions were studied.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:the compound catalyst was Y harmoniously combined with H2SO4;the dosage of Y was 10%(mass fraction) of the mass of heavy turpentine oil,and the dosage of H2SO4 was 3%(mass fraction) of the mass of heavy turpentine oil;the reaction temperature was 65~75℃ and the reaction time was 3.5h.On the above conditions the yield of isolongifolene was 83.9%.
