黄灯笼辣椒组织培养研究

【摘要】 以黄灯笼辣椒子叶和下胚轴为外植体,研究了不同激素组合、苗龄、AgNO3(不同浓度)等对辣椒再生的影响。结果表明:①10~15 d苗龄的外植体分化频率最高;②添加5.0 mg/L的AgNO3可有效地减轻外植体或愈伤组织褐化程度;③最佳芽诱导分化培养基为MS+BA 5.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L;④最佳芽伸长培养基为MS+BA 3.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L+GA34.0 mg/L;⑤最佳生根培养基为MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L。

【Abstract】 Using the cotyledon and hypocotyl of pepper(Capsicum chinense Jacq.)as explants,the effects of different hormone combinations,seedling ages and AgNO3(in different concentration) on the regeneration of pepper were studied in this paper.The results were as follows: ①The highest frequency of explants differentiation was obtained by 10~15 d seedlings;②adding AgNO3 5.0 mg/L can effectively lighten the browning of the explants or callus;③MS+BA 5.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L is the best medium for bud differentiation;④MS+BA 3.0 mg/L +IAA 1.0 mg/L +GA3 4.0 mg/L is the best medium for shoot elongation;⑤ MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L is the best medium for root induction.
