某机载设备中轴密封粘接的试验与研究
Experiment and research of sealant for axle sleeve in certain aircraft’s equipment
【摘要】 在某试验飞机机载输送装置的轴套密封中,需要研究一种高粘接强度、高耐磨性的耐高温轴套密封胶以及与之相适应的粘接工艺。采用了树脂与橡胶复合、高低温交联材料并用的方法以及缓慢加温、长时保温的交联工艺,试验了不同用量的基体树脂、增韧材料、交联材料以及交联工艺等对密封胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,当密封胶配方中w(增韧橡胶)=25%(相对于树脂而言)、w(高低温交联剂)=30%和最高交联温度为180℃时,密封胶的剪切强度超过12MPa,剥离强度为454N/cm,交联度超过85%,磨耗量低于7%,在200℃时仍具有4.1MPa的剪切强度,满足了实际使用的要求。
【Abstract】 An sealant with high bonding strength,excellent wear-resisting and high-temperature resistance as well as suitable for bonding technology were investigated for sealing axle sleeve in transportable equipment of the certain type airplane. The influences of crosslinker technics and content of matrix resin,toughener and cross linker were tested on sealant performance when rubber and resin were mixed,high-low temperature cross linker was used,heating speed was slowly and keep temperature time was longer. The experiment results showed that the sealant met request of practical application because the shearing strength was above 12 MPa,peeling strength was 454 N/cm,crosslinker degree was above 85%,wear loss was below 7% and shearing strength was 4.1 MPa at 200 ℃ when mass fraction of rubber was 25% in resin,mass fraction of high-low temperature cross linker was 30%,and maximal crosslink temperature was 180 ℃ in sealant formulary.
