纳米锆合金晶格畸变对电子行为的影响

【摘要】 研究了锆合金晶格畸变对电子行为的影响,建立了晶格畸变与电阻率之间的关系模型.结果发现,锆合金纳米化后,随晶格畸变增大电阻率增大,晶粒尺寸越小电阻越大.

【Abstract】 The influences of lattice distortion on electrical resistivity of nanocrystalline zircaloy were investigated in this paper.Further more,the ships between lattice distortion and electrical resistivity were founded.It can be seen in the figure,the lattice distortion and the electrical resistivity relations that the electrical resistivity of the zirconium alloy increased with lattice distortion increasing,and increased with grain size decreasing.
