自由变形结构弹塑性分析的新方法
New method for elasto-plastic analysis of free-form deformation structure
【摘要】 考虑目前塑性力学实验与理论上存在的众多分歧,从材料弹塑性变形的本质入手,研究受力构件应力分布与变形间的关系.对于一个受力结构,其内应力引起应变,受力较小时应力仅引起弹性应变,iεj=Cijklσkl.受力较大后,应力的作用不仅产生弹性应变,也产生塑性应变,iεj=iεje+iεjp.在小变形、弹性变形与塑性变形不耦合情况下,结构中的应力与弹性应变仍呈线性关系而与不受塑性变形的影响.按照以上思想对梁、轴受力结构进行了弹塑性分析,得出在弹塑性下梁、轴内应力呈线性分布,卸载后结构内有残余的塑性变形,而无残余应力.新认识比原有认识更符合结构弹塑性变形实际情况,并具有普遍意义.
【Abstract】 Considering the bifurcation between plasticity theory and plasticity experiments.The purport of the paper begins with the essence of the elastic-plastic deformation,study the relationship between the deformation and the stress distribution of the loaded members.Strain induced by inner stress of forcing component,when the component endured a lesser force,stress purely produced elastic strain,εij=Cijklσkl.While the force was greater,stress not only produced elastic strain but also developed plastic strain, εij=εije+εijp.Under the conditions of small deformation and elastic deformation not couple with plastic deformation,the relation between stress and elastic strain still keep linearity without the influence of plastic deformation.Accoording to the above thoughts,it showed that stress in beam and axle was linear distributed,while unloading there was residual strain and no residual stress in the component under the new analysis.The new recognition of the elastoplastic analysis accord with the actual conditions better than original and have general meaning.
