超声介导下不同浓度声诺维影响人脐静脉血管内皮细胞凋亡及活性的体外实验研究

【摘要】 为了探讨超声介导不同浓度微泡造影剂(MBCA)-声诺维(SonoVue)对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)凋亡及活性的影响。应用Annexin-v-FITC和PI双标记细胞凋亡检测试剂盒检测不同浓度SonoVue对HUVEC凋亡及活性的影响。结果在超声介导下,随着SonoVue浓度的增加,活细胞数呈减少趋势,早期凋亡、晚期凋亡和坏死细胞数呈增加趋势。超声介导下(超声能量一定时)不同浓度SonoVue对HUVEC有着不同的影响。

【Abstract】 This is a study of the effects of ultrasond-mediated microbuble contrast agent(MBCA)-SonoVue in different concentrations on apoptosis and activity of Human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC).HUVEC apoptosis and activity were detected with Annexin-v-FITC and PI paired labeled cell apoptosis detect agent kit in different concentrations Ultrasound-mediated SonoVue.with Ultrasound-mediated SonoVue,the higher concentration,the less quantity of viable cells and the more quantity of cell apoptosis and death.Ultrasond-mediated SonoVue of different concentrations exerts different effects on HUVEC.
