基于Labview的汽车转向试验台测试系统设计
Design of a Steering System Test-bench Measurement System Based on Labview
【摘要】 采用通用数据采集卡和Labview软件,搭建了转向试验台测试系统,Labview软件通过与采集卡动态链接库连接,实现了对方向盘转向力矩及转向角数据的实时采集和储存,在此基础上使用Labview相关数据处理函数设计了数据动态波形显示及分析程序,提高了试验台的数据采集和分析能力,系统运行效果良好。采用Labview软件的图形化设计语言与通用数据采集卡搭建的系统,具有编程工作量小、直观及数据处理功能强大的优点,对相关数据采集系统的设计具有一定的借鉴应用价值。
【Abstract】 A steering system test-bench measurement system is built based on combination of DAQ and Labview. Real time steer angle and torque data acquisition are achieved with the system, and the acquired data are analyzed and displayed. The steering system test-bench’s functions are improved with the measurement system. It showed that the methods have the advantage of convenient and effective, and can simplify computer programming, are presented to give reference to other data acquisition projects.
