基于惯性修正的铣削力系数辨识
Identification of Force Coefficients by Considering the Inertia Effect
【摘要】 切削力是加工过程中的重要物理现象之一,准确、容易获得的切削力数据对切削过程的理论和实验研究都很有帮助。为获得准确的铣削力系数,提出了基于惯性修正的力补偿方法,消除了测力仪及工件在加工过程中的惯性影响。并通过试验,测定了两种刀具加工2A12铝合金时的铣削力系数,为准确测定切削力以及进行加工过程的稳定性预测奠定了良好基础。
【Abstract】 Accurate and readily available cutting force data are helpful for theoretical and experimental studies of the cutting process.To obtain the accurate cutting force coefficients,the compensation method based on the modification of inertia effect is proposed.The method eliminates the inertia effect of dynamometer and workpiece.Milling force coefficients that two cutters machine 2A12 aluminum alloy are obtained through cutting tests.All these work lay a reliable foundation to the accurate measurement of cutting force and the prediction of cutting stability.
