管壳式换热器流动特性仿真模拟及结构优化
Simulation of Flow Characteristic and Structural optimization of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanges
【摘要】 运用SolidWorks中的流体仿真模拟插件Cosmosfloworks对管壳式换热器的流动特性进行仿真模拟,对管壳式换热器的管束腐蚀情况进行研究。首先通过SolidWorks对管壳式换热器进行实体建模,然后结合流体仿真模拟插件Cosmosfloworks完成流体仿真计算,最后得出导致腐蚀的原因并提出管壳式换热器的结构优化方案。
【Abstract】 Corrosion of shell and tube heat exchanges is studied,using SolidWorks and it’s software plug-in,Cosmosfloworks.First,carry on the modeling design under three dimensioned software environment,then the effect of hydrodynamic erosion on process of corrosion is analyzed by Cosmosfloworks simulation that is used to simulate actual flow characteristic in shell and tube heat exchanges.Finally,find out the reason of erosion-corrosion and provide structural optimizations for shell and tube heat exchanges.
