分散红343、分散蓝366及其混合物在超临界CO2中的溶解度测定和关联
Measurement and Correlation of Solubilities of Disperse Red 343,Disperse Blue 366 and their Mixture in Supercritical Carbon Dioxide
【摘要】 为超临界CO2染色工艺提供必要的基础数据,采用静态循环法在343.2~383.2K,12~28MPa温度压力范围内,测定了分散红343和分散蓝366及其混合物在超临界CO2中的溶解度。实验结果表明,二元体系(分散红343+CO2,分散蓝366+CO2)和三元体系(分散红343+分散蓝366+CO2)中染料的溶解度均随温度和压力的升高而增大;染料分子的极性对其在超临界CO2中的溶解度影响较大;三元体系中两种染料的溶解存在"共溶剂效应"和竞争溶解作用;两种染料在二元和三元体系中的溶解度实验数据用Chrastil方程关联,结果较好。
【Abstract】 In order to provide the necessary technological data for supercritical CO2 dyeing process,the solubilities of disperse red 343,disperse blue 366 and their mixture in supercritical carbon dioxide were measured over the temperature ranges of 343.2 K to 383.2 K and pressure ranges of 12 MPa to 28 MPa by static recirculation method. The experimental results indicate that,both in the binary system (disperse red 343 +CO2 or disperse blue 366 + CO2) and in the ternary system (disperse red 343 + disperse blue 366 + CO2),the solubilities of the two dyes studied increase with the increase of pressure and temperature over the whole experimental temperature and pressure ranges. The solubilities of disperse dyes studied are affected obviously by molecular polarity of the dyes,and during the solving process of the mixed dyes in supercritical CO2,the entrainer effect and competition phenomenon appear. The measured solubility of disperse red 343 or disperse blue 366 in binary system and in ternary system can be well correlated with the Chrastil equation with the average absolute deviation of 6.69% and 6.96% or 5.16% and 5.49%,respectively.
