水-异丙醚-苯酚和水-异丁醇-苯酚体系的液液平衡研究

【摘要】 水-异丙醚-苯酚体系的研究在工业上和环境保护上具有重要意义,但至今未见到液液平衡(LLE)数据的报导。今报导了这一系统在两个工作温度的LLE数据。为了寻找萃取剂异丙醚的替代物,我们同时进行了水-异丁醇-苯酚体系的液液平衡研究。在常压下使用GC-14B气相色谱仪,测定了319K和329K时水-异丙醚-苯酚体系的液液平衡(LLE)数据以及水-异丁醇-苯酚体系在319K和333K时的LLE数据。用内标法测定了这些体系中除水以外的各组分浓度。在水-异丙醚-苯酚体系中,异丙醚测量的根均方误差为1.4%;苯酚测量的根均方误差为4.6%。在水-异丁醇-苯酚体系中,异丁醇测量的根均方误差为3.1%;苯酚测量的根均方误差为4.6%。文中给出了上述四个等温截面的LLE数据,同时也给出了相应示意图。2003年我们用工作曲线法(外标法)给出了水-异丙醚-苯酚在319K的等温截面图。两者比较,总体上是类似的,但内标法结果更可靠。这次的研究,还纠正了当时的一个错误估计。对于水-异丁醇-苯酚体系的液液平衡研究表明,异丁醇也是从废水中萃取苯酚的良好萃取剂。但是异丁醇的再生及其循环利用并不如异丙醚那样容易。

【Abstract】 The study of water-isopropyl ether-phenol (H2O-(CH3)2CHOCH(CH3)2-C6H5OH) system is a matter of importance for industrial production and environment protection, but there is no report dealing with the liquid-liquid equilibrium (LLE) data of this system up to now. This paper reports the LLE data of this system under normal pressure and at two working temperatures of 319.15 K and 329.15 K, and they were measured by using GC-14B gas chromatograph. In order to search the substitute for extractant isopropyl ether, the LLE data of water-isobutanol-phenol (H2O-(CH3)2CHCH2OH-C6H5OH) system under normal pressure and at 319.15 K, and 333.15 K were also studied by using the GC-14B gas chromatograph too. In the water-isopropyl ether-phenol (W-IE-P) system, the root-mean-square error of measurement for isopropyl ether is 1.4 %, and that for phenol is 4.6%. In the water-isobutanol-phenol (W-IB-P) system, the root-mean-square error of measurement for isobutanol is 3.1%, and that for phenol is 4.6%. The obtained LLE data mentioned above and their corresponding isothermal section diagrams (ISD) were given in this paper. In the year 2003, we have published an isothermal section diagram of W-IE-P system at 319.15 K, which was established on the base of data measured by working curve method. Comparing the ISD of W-IE-P system obtained by working curve method with that obtained by inner-scaling method in this paper, both the ISD feathers are similar as a whole, but the results obtained by inner-scaling method are more reliable; and according to the results obtained by inner-scaling method, one previous estimation in the paper published in 2003 was corrected. The experiments of W-IB-P system show that the isobutanol is also a good extractant for extracting phenol from waste water, but the regeneration and recycle application of the isobutanol are not as easy as that of isopropyl ether.
