【Abstract】 The quaternary ammonium alkali catalyst preparation and its effect on HDI trimer catalytic reaction were discussed.HDI monomer was polymerized by solution polymerization process.The type and amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the effects of addition reaction were examined by theNCO content and free HDI content in elements of reaction products analysis.TMAH and double ammonium alkali are the ideal catalyst and preparation reaction conditions were determined.更多还原
