季铵碱类催化剂的制备及其对HDI三聚反应研究
Quaternary ammonium alkali catalyst preparation and catalytic reaction research of HDI trimer
【摘要】 为论述季铵碱类催化剂的制备及其对HDI三聚反应的催化作用,采用了溶液聚合工艺对HDI单体进行聚合,通过对反应产物分子中-NCO含量、游离HDI含量进行分析,考察了催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、反应时间对加成反应的影响,确定了理想催化剂为四甲基氢氧化铵和双季铵碱及其制备反应条件.
【Abstract】 The quaternary ammonium alkali catalyst preparation and its effect on HDI trimer catalytic reaction were discussed.HDI monomer was polymerized by solution polymerization process.The type and amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the effects of addition reaction were examined by theNCO content and free HDI content in elements of reaction products analysis.TMAH and double ammonium alkali are the ideal catalyst and preparation reaction conditions were determined.
