溶胶-凝胶法制备铒、镱共掺杂氧化钇
Preparation of Erbium and Ytterbium Co-Doped Yttrium Oxide
【摘要】 以Y2O3、Yb2O3和Er2O3为原料,控制溶液的pH值为3~4,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出Er、Yb:Y2O3多晶粉体。对所得到的粉体进行XRD测试,结果表明最佳煅烧温度为1 000℃,并且晶化完全。经过差热-热重分析表明,粉体在1 000℃煅烧后不再失重。荧光光谱分析发现,荧光发射的最强峰位于1 530 nm处,是Er3+4I13/2--4I15/2谱项导致的荧光发射。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Er,Yb:Y2O3 polycrystalline powder is synthesized by sol-gel method with Y2O3,Yb2O3 and Er2O3,and the pH value of the solution is 3~4.XRD analysis is shown that the optimum calcination temperature of precursor is 1 000℃.At the same time crystallization is complete.The analysis of DTA-TG indicates that the weight of samples is not reduced when it is sintered at 1 000℃.The strongest fluorescence peak of Er,Yb:Y2O3 laser ceramics precursor is 1 530 nm,that is 4I13/24-I15/2.
