鸭新城疫病毒山东株的分离鉴定

【摘要】笔者从病鸭体内分离到一株病毒,通过试验确定为新城疫病毒。参照世界动物卫生组织(OIE)规定的新城疫毒力判定的标准和方法,测定该分离株的1日龄雏鸡脑内致病指数(ICPI)和6周龄鸡静脉致病指数(IVPI)分别为1.79和2.45。采用已经发表的鸡新城疫病毒序列设计引物,应用RT-PCR技术扩增鸭源新城疫病毒的F基因,并将其克隆至载体上,然后进行了核苷酸序列、氨基酸序列测定,结果表明该分离株为新城疫强毒株。更多还原

【Abstract】 The virus isolated from duck was identified as Newcastle disease virus by the HA/HI.The intracerebral pathogenicity index in 1-day-old chickens,the intravenous pathogenicity 6-week-old chickens were 1.79 and 2.45 according to the standard and methods of Newcastle disease pathogenicity judgment refer to OIE.We amplified its fusion protein gene by RT-PCR using the primer which got from the reported sequence of NDV in GenBank,cloned into the carrier and sequenced.The results showed that the isolated virus was the strong virulence NDV.更多还原
