凋亡在子宫内膜异位症中的作用
The Role of Apoptosis in Endometriosis
【摘要】 正常月经周期中子宫内膜存在着周期性、自发性的细胞凋亡。子宫内膜异位症患者的在位及异位内膜组织和正常子宫内膜相比,存在着凋亡相关因子的改变。众多研究证实,子宫内膜异位症患者在位及异位内膜组织凋亡促进基因fas/fasl表达减低,凋亡抑制基因bcl-2,survivin的表达增强。临床上许多治疗子宫内膜异位症的药物通过调节细胞凋亡达到治疗子宫内膜异位症的目的。就凋亡在正常子宫内膜的生理功能、在子宫内膜异位症在位及异位内膜调节改变中的作用、凋亡与子宫内膜异位症患者治疗的关系等综述。
【Abstract】 Periodic and idiopathic apoptosis is observed in the endometrium during the normal menstrual cycle.However,the expression of apoptosis-related genes in the eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium observed during endometriosis is different from that observed in the normal endometrium.Many studies have shown that endometriosis is associated with reduced expression of apoptosis-inducing fas/fasl,and an increase in the expression of apoptosis-suppressing genes such as bcl-2 and survivin.Many of the drugs currently used to treat endometriosis act through apoptosis,so a better understanding of its role in the development and progression of endometriosis is needed.The purpose of this review is to provide an in-depth summary of the existing literature about the physiological role of apoptosis in the normal endometrium and the alterations that occur in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium during endometriosis.The relationship between apoptosis and the treatment of endometriosis is also discussed.
