【摘要】 目的以定量指标分析全国社区卫生服务体系建设重点联系城市试点工作进展、成效及值得关注的问题。方法综合应用现况分析和纵向比较的方法,分析社区卫生服务政策的实施情况。结果设置社区卫生服务机构的街道接近90%,90%以上的社区卫生服务机构由政府主办,政府对社区卫生服务的经费投入每年以20%左右的速度增长,社区卫生服务政策的落实力度及广度明显加大,主要基本医疗及公共卫生项目的服务量的增长速度在10%~30%之间;值得关注的问题主要有:社区卫生服务机构的业务及标准化建设、人员配备与培训、病人流向变化等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the progress,the effect and the concerned issues of the Chinese community health services system building of national key contact cities by the quantitative indicators.Method The implementation of the community health services(CHS) policy was analyzed by the method of comparative analysis and longitudinal analysis.Result the community health service institutions were set up in 90% of the streets;90% of the community health service institutions were owned by the government;the investment of government in community health services increases by 20% per year,the implementation of community health services policy was obviously enhanced both in depth and breadth;the health service volume of main basic medical and public health programs increased by 10%~30%.The guideline and standardization construction of the community health service institutions,the health personnel allocation and training,the flowing direction of the patients were the main issues to be concerned.更多还原
