【摘要】 目的研究肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A(SP-A)在肺腺癌和鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化En Vision二步法,检测27例肺腺癌、15例鳞状细胞癌组织中SP-A的表达,并分析其与临床病理诸因素之间的关系。结果SP-A在肺腺癌、鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为51.85%、6.67%,腺癌组织中SP-A的表达明显高于鳞状细胞癌组织(P<0.01)。SP-A在乳头状腺癌、细支气管肺泡癌、腺泡性腺癌和黏液性腺癌组织中的表达率依次为85.71%、50%、40%和25%。SP-A的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径大小和淋巴结转移均无关。结论SPA的表达可能与肺癌的组织学类型有关,可作为鉴别肺腺癌与鳞状细胞癌的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of surfactant protein A(SP-A) in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of lung and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of SP-A was determined by immunohistochemical assay(EnVision) in 27 cases of adenocarcinoma,15 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of lung.Then the association of SPA expression with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results The expression rate of SP-A was significantly higher in adenocarcinoma of lung than that in squamous cell carcinoma of lung(51.85%vs 6.67%,P<0.01).The expression rate of SP-A in papillary adenocarcinoma,bronchioloalveolar carcinoma,acinar adenocarcinoma and musinous adenocarcinoma of lung was respectively 85.71%,50%,40%and 25%.There was no correlation between the expression of SP-A and gender,age,tumor size and lymph node metastasia. Conclusion The expression of SP-A may be associated with histological types of the lung carcinoma,which may be used as important marker in differential diagnosis of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of lung.更多还原
