【摘要】 目的总结幼年类风湿关节炎(JRA)患者血小板参数的变化规律,探讨其与幼年类风湿关节炎临床活动度的关系。方法初治患者均采肘静脉血,采用美国贝克曼-库尔特公司800血细胞分析仪,测定血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV);同时测定血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)。以关节肿胀基本消失为终点再次测定以上项目。结果PLT、PDW、MPV在幼年类风湿关节炎活动期明显升高,稳定期下降。结论外周血PLT、PDW、MPV的变化,可作为判断幼年类风湿关节炎活动及治疗效果的一种简便直观的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the regularity of platelet parameters variation in patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis(JRA),and explore the correlation of platelet parameters and pathogenetic condition activity of JRA.Methods Blood samples were taken from the ulnar vein of JRA patients who underwent initial treatment.Beckman-Coulter analyzer was applied to measuring platelet count(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW) and mean platelet volume(MPV).Erythroeyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C reactive protein(CRP) were simultancously measured.The above indices were Measured again with arthrocele elimination as the end point.Results The levels of PLT,PDW and MPV were signifieantly elevated in the active stage,and declined in the stable stage of JRA.Conclusion The levels of venous blood PLT、PDW and MPV can be used as a convenient and direct means of evaluating the activity and therapeutic effect of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.更多还原
