淬火冷却中球体表面冷却过程的几种描述方法
Description Methods of Surface Cooling Process on a Spherical sample in Quenching Cooling
【摘要】 以一个底端带诱导锥的球体试样为例,凭试样冷却过程的录像结果,结合传热学知识,提出了描述球体试样表面冷却过程的五种图形表示方法。它们是:交界线扩展图、表面Tb+等温线扩展图、表面冷却过程曲线、表面冷却速度曲线,以及不同冷却方式的表面积比例图。文中介绍了图线的绘制方法,分析了有关影响因素的作用规律,还讨论了改变这些因素来调控球体冷却速度和冷却均匀性的原则方法。在今后的精细淬火冷却技术中,这类图线可用来描述工件表面的淬火冷却情况,帮助寻找产生淬火冷却质量问题的原因,和设计淬火冷却的工艺方案。
【Abstract】 Take a spherical sample with a derivational cone at its bottom as an example.According to the image record of its cooling process,and based on heat transfer theory,five description methods of surface cooling process are proposed.They are the spreading pattern of demarcation lines,the spreading pattern of the surface Tb+ isothermal lines,the surface cooling process curves,the surface cooling rate curves and the area proportions of different cooling mechanisms.The methodologies applied in drawing these sketches or curves are introduced,the working laws of related influencing factors are analyzed and some principles followed in alternating these factors to adjust cooling rate and homogeneity of cooling process are also discussed.In fine quenching technique,these patterns or curves can be used to describe quenching cooling status of work pieces so as to find out the reasons caused the quenching troubles and to design better quenching process.
