纳米氧化铈对纳米晶硬质合金组织性能的影响

【摘要】 本文通过对比试验,研究了加入与未加入纳米CeO2的纳米晶WC-10%Co硬质合金的微观组织结构和性能(硬度、弹性系数、断裂韧性和耐磨性等),对纳米CeO2的作用机理进行了进一步的探讨。研究结果表明,纳米晶硬质合金在烧结制备过程中晶粒容易长大并容易生成缺碳相,而纳米CeO2的加入不但可以抑制硬质合金中碳化钨晶粒的不均匀长大,使烧结后硬质合金中的晶粒度明显减小,同时还可以显著抑制缺碳相的产生,从而大幅度提高纳米晶硬质合金的综合性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the microstructures and properties(hardness,elastic modulus,fracture toughness,wear resistance etc.)of nanocrystalline WC-10%Co hardmetal with or without nanoscale CeO2 are studied by comparative trial.The mechanism of nanoscale CeO2 in the WC-10%Co hardmetal is farther discussed.The results indicate that grains of nanocrystalline hardmetal are very easy to grow and to form carbon-poor phase during sintering.However,adding nanoscale CeO2 it can not only restrain heterogeneous growth of WC grain in hardmetal,and evidently decrease the grain size in hardmetal after sintering,but also remarkably bate the formation of carbon-poor phase,so as to improve combinative properties of the nanoscale WC-10%Co hardmetal.
