【摘要】 目的检测膜联蛋白Ⅱ(AnnexinⅡ)在特发性间质性肺炎(IIP)中的表达情况,探讨AnnexinⅡ的可能作用机制。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测IIP及正常肺组织中AnnexinⅡ的表达情况。结果AnnexinⅡ主要表达于肺泡上皮细胞、肺泡间隔纤维细胞的胞浆中。在正常肺组织中,AnnexinⅡ为弥漫的棕褐色强阳性表达,而在IIP肺组织中,为黄色中至弱阳性表达。免疫组织化学染色强度评分结果显示,普通型间质性肺炎组肺组织中AnnexinⅡ的表达强度低于非特异性间质性肺炎组。结论AnnexinⅡ在特发性间质性肺炎中起重要的作用,可能是作为肺纤维化判断预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of Annexin Ⅱ in idiopathic interstitial pneumonia(IIP),and to explore the role of Annexin Ⅱ in mechanisms of IIP.Methods The expression of AnnexinⅡ in IIP and normal lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results It showed that Annexin Ⅱ were mainly located in the cytoplasm of alveolar epithelial cells,fibroblast in alveolar interval.Furthermore,the score of Annexin Ⅱ expression in nonspecific interstitial pneumonia group was significantly higher than that in usual interstitial pneumonia group.Conclusion Annexin Ⅱ may play important roles in pathogenesis of IIP,and could be a useful prognostic indicator of IIP.更多还原
