【摘要】 房地产项目是高利润、高风险的投资。为更加科学地评价其风险程度以便有效预控,提出将人工智能领域的新方法——案例推理应用到房地产投资风险评价的问题中。通过分析影响房地产投资风险的因素,结合案例推理的基本原理,提出了基于案例推理的房地产投资风险评价指标体系,并初步解决案例的表示、检索匹配以及案例学习等主要技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Real estate projects are of high profit and risks.In order to evaluate the degree of risk more scientific and pre-control effectively,this paper proposed a new method of artificial intelligence——case-based reasoning appling to the evaluation of real eatate investment risk.By analyzing the factors of real estate investment risks,combined with the basic principles of case-based reasoning,put forward real estate investment risk system based on case-based reasoning,and resolve the case expression,the case searches,as well as case studies and other major technologies.更多还原
