纳米分子筛/二氧化硅复合材料的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of Nano-zeolte/Silica Composites
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米分子筛/二氧化硅复合材料。通过傅利叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射仪对纳米分子筛/二氧化硅复合材料进行了表征。红外和X衍射结果表明:纳米分子筛和二氧化硅复合时未发生化学变化,为物理复合过程,且二氧化硅与纳米分子筛之间产生了较好的复合。从吸水率和吸油率两方面,着重探讨了温度,pH值,不同配比,加水量,合成时间等对复合材料性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着分子筛含量的增大,吸水率在减小,而吸油性不断增大。随着合成时间增长,复合材料吸油率和吸水率增大,但增幅不大。随着复合温度的升高,吸油率和吸水率呈下降趋势。随着水用量的增加,吸油率与吸水率呈现先增大后趋于平缓的趋势。
【Abstract】 The nano-zeolite/silica composites were prepared through the traditional method of Sol-gel method.Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and TGA analyzer were used to characterize the performance and structure of the nano-zeolite/silica composites.FTIR results show that the composite of nano-molecular sieve and silica is a physical complex process.In comparison with X-ray diffraction imagines of SiO2 and composites,one can conclude that it exists interaction between SiO2 and nano-zeolte particles.The water and oil absorption was investigated in the aspects of the changes of temperature,pH value,proportion,concentration,synthesis time.The results show that the increase in the amount of nano-molecular sieve increases the oil absorption and decreases the water absorption.As the synthesis time increases,the oil and water adsorption increases in a minor range.The oil and water adsorption decreases as the synthesis temperature increases.In the study of the effect of amount of water on the oil and adsorption of composites,one can conclude that increasing the amount of water increases the oil and water adsorption and then reach equilibrium.
