全复配食用菌提物的抗衰老作用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨全复配食用菌提物的抗衰老作用。方法以果蝇生存试验比较不同浓度全复配食用菌提物对果蝇生存期的影响;以果蝇及小鼠的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量比较不同浓度全复配食用菌提物的抗氧化功能。结果全复配食用菌提物可延长果蝇的生存时间,降低果蝇及小鼠的MDA含量,增强SOD活性。结论全复配食用菌提物具有抗衰老功能,提高机体内源性抗氧化酶活性、降低过氧化水平可能是其作用途径之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-aging activities of effective combination of extraction from edible fungi. Methods The life-spans of Drosophila melanogasters which were fed by combination of extraction from edible fungi of different concentration were compared.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the contents of erythrocyte malondialdehyde(MDA) were examined in Drosophila melanogasters and mice.Results Certain concentration of effective combination of extraction from edible fungi could prolong the maximum and average life-span of drosophila and decrease the amount of MDA of mice with some tendency increasing activity of SOD.Conclusion Effective combination of extraction from edible fungi has anti-oxidation effect within a range of certain concentration and the function is perhaps realized by decreasing the amount of MDA.
