改善大功率LED散热的关键问题
Key issues of improving cooling of high-bightness LED
【摘要】 考虑热导率与散热方式的影响,使用大型有限元软件ANSYS10.0模拟并分析了大功率LED热分布。通过分析不同封装、热沉材料及散热方式对LED热分布与最大散热能力的影响,指出解决LED散热问题的关键不是寻找高热导率的材料,而是改变LED的散热结构或者散热方式。
【Abstract】 To consider the influence of thermal conductivity and cooling mode,it is simulated and analysed high-bightness LED(HB LED) heat distribution by using the finite-volume method.The effect of the different package,heat sink materials and cooling mode on the ability of HB LED cooling capacity are analyzed.It was shown that the key to solve the LED cooling problem is not high thermal conductivity materials being found,but change cooling structure or mode being invented.
