基于双IGBT的斩波式串级调速系统的研究
Research on chopper cascade-speed regulation system based on the two-IGBT
【摘要】 从普通串级调速原理入手,简要分析影响串级调速系统功率因数的主要因素。对三相四线双晶闸管串级调速、新型GTO串级调速等高功率方案分析与比较的基础上,提出了一种新型三相四线制双IGBT串级调速控制方案。
【Abstract】 based on the basic principle of a cascade speed regulation,this paper briefly analysis the main factors of the influence of a cascade speed regulation system are analyzed riefgy.High-power methods that are Two-SCR cascade speed regulation with three-phase four-wire,new model GTO cascade speed regulation are analyzed and compaved,a new model two-IGBT cascades speed regulation with three-phase four-wire is proposed.
