昆钢6号高炉长寿问题研究

【摘要】 高炉长寿是炼铁技术进步的重要标志,高炉寿命直接关系到钢铁企业的生存和发展。昆钢6号高炉已连续生产10年,在高炉服役期间一直伴有炉体上涨的情况,对高炉长寿构成较大威胁。结合6号高炉实际生产情况,探讨了影响6号高炉寿命的限制环节,同时提出延长高炉寿命的具体措施。

【Abstract】 It is very important to prolong the campaign life of blast furnaces for maintaining production balance in an iron and steel enterprise.Up to now,No.6 BF of Kunming Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd has operated for 10 years.In this campaign,a problem of hearth and bottom rising is arisen,which has a severe effects on the blast furnace life.In this paper,restrictive factors to influence the blast furnace life are discussed in combination with actual conditions.In addition,some measures to prolong the campaign life of No.blast furnace is also proposed.
