模拟酸雨中钢筋腐蚀行为的研究
Study on steel corrosion behavior in simulated acid rain
【摘要】 利用线性极化法和交流阻抗法对A3钢在模拟酸雨环境下的腐蚀行为进行初步研究,并针对不同酸度、不同离子浓度和不同浸泡时间下的腐蚀结果进行了对比。结果表明:酸度的增加提高了金属的腐蚀速率,SO42-和Cl-在酸雨溶液中对金属阳极溶解起加速作用;随着浸泡时间的延长,金属表面的腐蚀层发生变化,金属的腐蚀速率相应经过了增→减→增的过程。
【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of A3 steel in a simulated environment of acid rain was studied using linear polarization and AC impedance methods.Corrosion results with different acidity,ion concentration and immersion time were compared.The results showed that increase in acidity raised the corrosion rate of metal;SO42-and Cl-in acid solution accelerated the dissolved metal anode;with the extension of soaking time,the corrosion degree of metal surface changed and the corrosion rate changed with a feature of increase to reduce to increase one after the other.
