转炉水模分散相粒度分布的幂函数表征
Power-function representation of particle size distribution for dispersed phase in water modeling of converter
【摘要】 通过二维水模型模拟转炉吹炼过程,利用数码相机进行摄影,通过对得到图像中分散相的提取与粒度的计算,应用幂函数法表征粒度分布,研究了顶吹转炉渣滴分散相粒度分布与边界条件的关系,得到了相应的比例关系。
【Abstract】 The blowing process of converter is simulated with a two dimensional water model.Photographs are taken with a digital camera.Particle size data for dispersed phase are extracted and calculated.Particle size distribution is characterized by employing power-function.An empirical formula for representing the relation between particle size distribution and boundary condition in the top-blowing process is given in the paper.
