薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产20号钢的开发与实践
Research and practice of Steel 20 produced by thin slab casting and rolling process
【摘要】 基于薄板坯连铸连轧流程的冶金特性,通过合理的成分设计和采取相应的炼钢、连铸、控轧控冷等生产工艺控制,在钢板强度不降低的情况下,提高了塑性,使冷弯试验全部合格,成功地开发了20号钢。开发的20号钢板具有良好的塑性、冷成形性能和焊接性能,完全满足客车、工程机械行业的成形焊接加工要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of thin slab casting and rolling technology(TSCR),by means of reasonable design of metallurgical composition,control of continuous casting,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,Steel 20 has been developed successfully by EAF-CSP process at GISE.In the condition of retaining the strength of Steel 20 plate,outstanding plasticity,good cold forming and welding properties also featured the Steel 20,which completely satisfied automobile and engineering for forming and welding properties.
