NEPE推进剂在变温环境下的损伤结构及冲击波感度变化研究

【摘要】 为研究NEPE推进剂在变温环境条件下的损伤情况及损伤对其冲击波感度的影响,采用温度循环试验、温度冲击试验及液氮冲击试验对NEPE固体推进剂进行了变温环境考核,用力学性能测试、超声参量检测及CT成像法表征了其损伤结构的变化情况,并利用隔板试验对损伤前后NEPE推进剂的冲击波感度进行了测试。研究结果表明,NEPE推进剂在变温环境下其内部会出现一定损伤,且损伤程度随环境严酷程度的增大而增加,但NEPE推进剂内部的热裂纹对其冲击波感度的影响并不明显。

【Abstract】 In order to study the damage and shock sensitivity change of NEPE propellant under temperature changing conditions,propellant specimens were treated under temperature cycling,temperature impact and liquid nitrogen impact environments.The change of damage structure was characterized by mechanical property test,ultrasonic test and CT photography.The shock sensitivity of NEPE propellant before and after liquid nitrogen impact treatment was measured in gap test.The results show that NEPE propellant is damaged to some extent after temperature changing treatment.The damage degree increases with the strictness of environments.But the thermal damage of NEPE propellant has little effect on its shock sensitivity.
