【摘要】 [目的]为鉴别和开发龙利叶提供参考依据。[方法]对龙利叶的叶进行了显微鉴别。[结果]下表皮细胞较小,气孔仅见于下表面,多为平轴式。主脉维管束外韧型,木质部导管径向排列成行,呈放射状;韧皮部薄壁细胞内常含草酸钙簇晶。粉末可见螺纹导管、伴有含草酸钙簇晶薄壁细胞,并有纤维及非腺毛等。[结论]上述显微特征可为龙利叶的鉴别提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objetive]To provide reference evidence for the identificaton and exploitation of sauropus rostratus Miq.[Methods]Microscopic identification was carried out on Sauropus rostratus Miq leaf.[Results]the subepidermal cells were small and the paracytic type stomatas were seen there.bundles in the main vein were collateral and xylems were arranged in ray;the cells in phloem contained calcium oxalate cluster crystal;Meanwhile,spiral vesselS,cells with calcium oxalate cluster,fibers and nonglandular hairs could be found in the powder.[Conclusion]These microscopic characteristic can be used as reference evidence for the identification of the sauropus rostratus Miq.更多还原
