【摘要】 [目的]研究慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血乙肝病毒量与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化的关系,探讨患者体内病毒含量与患者免疫功能状态的关系。[方法]用流式细胞仪检测60例慢性乙型肝炎患者和15名体检的健康人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+,CD4+,CD8+及CD4+/CD8+,荧光定量PCR法检测血清HBV-DNA。[结果]慢性乙肝患者CD4+,CD4+/CD8+下降,CD8+升高。高病毒量的患者比低病毒量患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化更明显。从HBV-DNA阴性组、低病毒量组到高病毒量组随病毒量增加,CD4+细胞减少,而CD8+升高,CD4+/CD8+下降。HBV-DNA阴性组,低病毒量组患者CD3+,CD4+,CD8+及CD4+/CD8+数值与正常对照比较无显著差异。[结论]高病毒量的患者比低病毒量患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化更明显。HBV-DNA阴性组,低病毒量患者CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,与正常对照比较数量无显著差异,提示细胞功能低下。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objetive]To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and hepatitis B viral quantity in patients with chronic hepatitis B and discuss the relationship between patients’ viral quantity and immune state.[Methods] Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were checked by flow cytometry in 60 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B and 15 healthy human as control.At the same time serum HBV-DNA was tested by fluorescence quantitative PCR.[Results] CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ were decreased and CD8+ was increased in patients with chronic hepatitis B.In patients with high viral quantity,changes of T lymphocyte subsets were more obviously than that patients with low viral quantity.With the viral quantity increase from the group with HBV DNA-negative,the group with with low viral quantity to the group with with high viral quantity,CD4+ cells were reduced but CD8+ cells were increase and CD4+/CD8+ was descended.There was no significant difference in the quantity of CD3+、CD4+、CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ among patients with HBV-DNA-negative,patients with low viral quantity and normal controls.[Conclusion] Change of T-lymphocyte subsets are more obviously in patients with high blood viral quantity than patients with low viral quantity.Compared with normal controls there is no significant difference in the quantity of T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with and those with low viral load which suggested T cells are in dysfunction.更多还原
