氯化钠对掺磨细矿渣粉硅酸盐水泥基材料活性激发能力和结合方式影响的试验研究
Experimental Research of Sodium Chloride on Activation and Binding Mode of Slag Portland Blend Cement
【摘要】 通过在掺磨细矿渣粉配制的硅酸盐混合水泥中掺加0.5%~4%的氯化钠进行的试验研究表明,加入的氯离子约37%~64%与硅酸盐水泥和矿渣形成化学结合状态,24%~50%为游离状态,2%~10%为物理吸附状态;氯化钠掺量在1%以下时水泥石早期强度显著提高,具有明显的活性激发和早强作用;Cl-和SO42-互相取代产生复合化合物3CaO.Al2O3.(1-xCaCl2.xCaSO4).yH2O,其x值随水泥石中Cl-浓度的变化而变化。并且与C-S-H混合生长。
【Abstract】 The slag portland blend cement with 0.5%-4% sodium chloride was studied in this paper.It was found that:37%-64% original chloride ion with slag and portland cement formed chemical bonding state;24%-50%original chloride ion was free and 2%-10% original chloride ion was physical absorption.The early strength of cement paste was greatly increased when the content of sodium chloride was less than 1%.New product named hloride aluminum formed in the cement paste after chloride ion was added.It was also found that most calcium chloride aluminate was grown mixed with AFm and C-S-H gel,instead of existing separately.
