Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2陶瓷微波介电性能
Microwave Dielectric Properties of Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2 Ceramics
【摘要】 本文采用固相反应法制备了Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2系微波介质陶瓷。通过密度、XRD及SEM等探讨了烧结特性、物相组成、显微结构与其微波介电性能的关系。x<0.2时形成Ba3Ti5Nb6O28固溶体;0.2≤x时,则出现了Ba3Ti4Nb4O21第二相;x=1时,Ba3Ti4Nb4O21成为主相。获得了一些微波介电性能优异的Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2陶瓷,其微波介电性能如下:εr=37.7、Q×f=32420GHz、τf=25ppm/℃(x=0.05);εr=38.3、Q×f=28419GHz、τf=-12ppm/℃(x=0.1)。
【Abstract】 Microwave dielectric ceramics of Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2 were prepared by solid state reaction.The relationships between sintering behavior,phase composition,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2 ceramics were investigated by density,XRD,SEM,et al.The solid solution of Ba3Ti5Nb6O28 is formed when x is below 0.2.The secondary phase of Ba3Ti4Nb4O21 appears with x beyond 0.2.Ba3Ti4Nb4O21 becomes major phase for x=1.The Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2 ceramics with excellent microwave dielectric properties are achieved as following:εr=37.7,Q×f=32420 GHz and τf=25 ppm/℃ for x=0.05;εr=38.3,Q×f=28419 GHz,τf=-12 ppm/℃ for x=0.1,respectively.
