磺胺含酸废水资源化处理新工艺

【摘要】 通过对某化工厂磺胺生产过程中磺化阶段所产生的废酸水进行研究,提出废水资源化处理新工艺。该工艺可回收废水中90%以上的盐酸和85%以上的对氨基苯磺酸,并附产硫酸盐产品;产生的母液可以进行系统内循环套用。此工艺实现了磺胺含酸废水的资源化利用和废水的零排放。实验结果表明:该工艺优于传统处理工艺,操作简单,不但解决了大量污水的排放问题,而且能够回收其中的对氨基苯磺酸等产品,具有很好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Through the research of sulfanilamide waste water from the steel plants production process,we have proposed a waste resources new technology. The process can recycle the waste water of more than 90% of hydrochloric acid and more than 85% of para-aminobenzenesulfonic acid. It can also product the sulfate products. Mother liquor produced from the system can be applied to the process. This process has the wastewater of resources and zero emissions. The results show that technology is superior to the traditional treatment process. It’ s not only solved the problem of a large number of sewage discharge,but also can recover para-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and other products. This process has a very good economic efficiency,environmental and social benefits.
